Sudoku Escape Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This policy explains how Sudoku Escape (数字密室, “the App”), an iOS and iPadOS game made by SoftwindLab (“we”, “us”), handles your information. In short: we don’t collect any personal data.
1. What we don’t collect
- The App has no accounts. You never sign up or sign in.
- The App shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics, crash reporting or advertising SDKs.
- The App doesn’t track you and doesn’t send your data to us. We don’t run any servers for the App.
- The App doesn’t ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress (levels, the Daily Challenge, case progress and clues, your collection and unfinished games) and your settings (such as ink and display preferences) are stored on your device. Deleting the App removes this data from the device.
3. iCloud sync
If you’re signed in to iCloud, the App uses Apple’s iCloud key-value storage to sync your progress across devices that use the same Apple Account. This data lives in your own iCloud account and is handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy; we can’t access it. If you’re not signed in to iCloud, everything stays on the device.
To delete your progress, open Me → Data → Erase all progress. Progress on your other devices signed in to the same iCloud account is erased too.
4. Purchases
The Full Game is sold through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and transaction details; we never receive your payment information or Apple Account details. The App only uses Apple’s StoreKit on your device to check whether you’ve bought the Full Game, so it can unlock content and restore your purchase.
5. Diagnostics shared by Apple
If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Share With App Developers), Apple may share anonymized crash reports and usage statistics with us. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy, and you can turn it off at any time.
6. Children
The App doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date. If the App’s data practices ever change materially — for example, if it starts collecting any data — we’ll update this policy before that change ships.

本政策说明 SoftwindLab（「我们」）开发的 iOS / iPadOS 游戏《数字密室》（Sudoku Escape，「本应用」）如何处理你的信息。简单地说：我们不收集任何个人数据。
1. 我们不收集的信息
- 本应用没有账号系统，不需要注册或登录。
- 本应用没有广告，也不包含任何第三方统计、分析、崩溃上报或广告 SDK。
- 本应用不追踪你，也不会把你的任何数据发送给我们。我们没有为本应用设立任何服务器。
- 本应用不会请求定位、相机、麦克风、通讯录或照片等权限。
2. 保存在你设备上的数据
你的游戏进度（闯关、每日挑战、案件进度与线索、图鉴、未完成的对局）和设置（如墨色、显示偏好）保存在你的设备上。删除本应用会一并删除设备上的这些数据。
3. iCloud 同步
如果你在设备上登录了 iCloud，本应用会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储，在使用同一 Apple 账户的设备之间同步你的进度。这些数据存放在你自己的 iCloud 账户里，由 Apple 依据 Apple 隐私政策 处理，我们无法访问。没有登录 iCloud 时，所有数据只保存在本机。
如需删除进度，可以在「我的」→「数据」里选择「清空所有进度」。登录同一 iCloud 账户的其他设备上的进度也会一起清空。
4. 购买
完整版通过 App Store 购买，付款与交易信息由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到你的付款信息或 Apple 账户信息。本应用只在设备上通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 确认你是否已购买完整版，用于解锁内容和恢复购买。
5. Apple 提供的诊断信息
如果你在「设置」→「隐私与安全性」→「分析与改进」中打开了「与 App 开发者共享」，Apple 可能会向我们提供匿名的崩溃报告和使用统计。这部分由 Apple 依据其隐私政策处理，你可以随时关闭。
6. 儿童
本应用不收集任何人的个人信息，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。
7. 政策更新
如本政策有更新，我们会在本页面发布新版本并更新生效日期。如果本应用的数据处理方式将来发生实质变化（例如开始收集任何数据），我们会在变化上线之前先更新本政策。

本ポリシーは、SoftwindLab（以下「当方」）が開発した iOS / iPadOS 向けゲーム「Sudoku Escape」（数字密室、以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。要点をまとめると、当方は個人データを一切収集しません。
1. 収集しない情報
- 本アプリにはアカウント機能がなく、登録やサインインは不要です。
- 本アプリには広告がなく、第三者の解析、クラッシュレポート、広告用の SDK も含まれていません。
- 本アプリはユーザーを追跡せず、データを当方に送信することもありません。当方は本アプリのためのサーバーを運用していません。
- 本アプリは位置情報、カメラ、マイク、連絡先、写真などへのアクセスを求めません。
2. デバイスに保存されるデータ
ゲームの進行状況（レベル、デイリーチャレンジ、事件の進行状況と手がかり、コレクション、途中のゲーム）と設定（インクや表示の設定など）は、お使いのデバイスに保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータもデバイスから削除されます。
3. iCloud 同期
iCloud にサインインしている場合、本アプリは Apple の iCloud キーバリューストレージを使い、同じ Apple アカウントを使うデバイス間で進行状況を同期します。このデータはお客様ご自身の iCloud アカウントに保存され、 Apple のプライバシーポリシー に基づいて Apple が取り扱います。当方がこのデータにアクセスすることはできません。iCloud にサインインしていない場合、すべてのデータはデバイス内にのみ保存されます。
進行状況を削除するには、アプリ内で「Me」→「Data」→「Erase all progress」を選んでください。同じ iCloud アカウントでサインインしているほかのデバイスの進行状況も削除されます。
4. 購入
フルゲームは App Store で販売しています。支払いと取引の情報は Apple が処理し、当方がお支払い情報や Apple アカウントの情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリは、コンテンツのロック解除と購入の復元のために、Apple の StoreKit を使ってデバイス上で購入の有無を確認するだけです。
5. Apple から提供される診断情報
「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「解析および改善」で「App デベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合、Apple から匿名化されたクラッシュレポートや利用統計が当方に提供されることがあります。これは Apple 自身のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われ、いつでもオフにできます。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様を含め、どなたからも個人情報を収集しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを更新する場合は、新しい版をこのページに掲載し、施行日を更新します。本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いに大きな変更がある場合（たとえば何らかのデータ収集を始める場合）は、その変更をリリースする前に本ポリシーを更新します。
